Where were all the 883 MEN owners??

i bet all the guys with 883's were out riding them instead of standing around a parking lot talking about them.
My neighbour has a sg and i wave to him on my way out for a ride as he rolls it out of the garage, puts the radio on and spends all day washing it & telling "biker" stories to all the neighbours...i wave again as i return from my ride as he is rolling his back into the garage for the night.

Another thing the most modified bikes that I seen are sportster I myself 3 sportsters a 2010 iron 883 a 1996 883 on flyrite chopper frame and a springer front end and a 76 ironhead and love all 3 .

When I bought my bike last year, I was considering the 883, looked at a lot of them and came close to buying one. It had been about 20 years since I rode any bike and didn't want to invest too much until I knew I was gonna like it. I ended up buying a XL1200C and I have loved it ever since. I just like the design a little better than the 883 and the power difference is nice.
On a side note, my wife has started to get the itch to ride her own bike so when we started looking, she settled herself on an 883 low but hasn't decided to pull the trigger yet. Take that for whatever it's worth.
You hear people say "this bike is for chicks" EFF em.. ride what ya like and enjoy it.
The only complaint I have about my 1200 is probably a more comfortable seat for longer rides.. Stock seat isn't so comfortable and I end up a little irritable after an hour or two in the saddle.
