Resale of Harleys in general sucks. One of the reasons I kept mine, that and I knew if i sold it id buy another (Sportster). there are too many flippers out there also that are buying to make a profit. I figure Ill keep the thing till I'm dead and my kid can get 2 grand for it.

Oh yea jap bikes are the gold standard, especially sport bikes, for the used motorcycle market. Ha ha ha......

I was lucky I guess. I got $8,000 for my 883 when I traded it in after 2 years and just over 5K miles for a new FLHC.

In 2018 I smashed into the back of a car on my 883, sold it to pay medical bills. Since last Nov I've had a 99 Road Glide I dont regret the change seeing how many miles i do on highway

883s are girls bikes, period.... thats why mine is red, 2007 XLCN. It was that time of the month for it the day I got it all those years ago.🙂
