I have a 1995 1200 sporty. Turn the key on and headlight comes on taillight comes on light on speedometer comes on. The dash does not light up, usually the bright headlight-light is on and the neutral switch light is on. I turn on the shut off switch and push the start button and nothing happens. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated, thanks.

 

Figured it out.....bad ignition switch.
