I don't know what else to do. It is in SO TIGHT...the head is stripped, i tried grabit but my drill isn't powerful enough to pull it out. I don't know what else i can do. My whole front end it apart and i'll i need is to get that last pinch bolt loose to finish the job

Try a 1/4" left-hand drill bit with plenty of cutting oil at a moderate to low speed. Make certain you drill well centered and parallel to the fastner...good possibility that it will back out while drilling. Get rid of those Torx head bolts and use anti-sieze.

You should have asked for help when you realized the bolt was stuck. Soaking in Aerokroil, heat, impact driver with proper bit... might have saved a project.

How about posting a photo so we can better advise?

I swear i am never going to touch this bike AGAIN. So i finally got the two bolts out, put everything back together, install the front wheel and it spins fine, go to put the caliper on and the wheel no longer spins. I am figuring the bigger spacer goes on the rotor side and the smaller on the other. I am seriously wasting a beautiful day on something i thought would take 30mins to do and im getting really fed up. What could be wrong? YES I DO have a manual.

So it was the spacers...fixed that...tire turns, brakes work...now...there is a little drag...what could it be?

A very small amount of drag is normal when spinning the wheel.

It's the pads scrubbing the rotor...they never fully retract. Double check everything before riding and be safe.

Disc braks only expand and do not retract like old drum brakes with springs do. There will always be a slight little bit of drag after each time you apply the brakes.
