The brake line didnt fail it blew out the back of the fitting. Im going back there tommorow and talking to the tech that told me it would work and seeing what he says. 55 bucks for a pos that doesnt work sucks. If I wouldnt have tested the line I could have crashed I would have had no front brake. It did get on my tank I washed it off within a minute though so Im pretty sure it will be ok

Nothing wrong with that type of line if done correctly. I have used those kits in the past and they work fine.

I've seen those kits plenty of times before, never really wanted to mess with them. If I were you i'd try to get my money back (probably won't happen) and then order a braided line from magnum shielding.

Welcome to my world..Buy cheap and spend time. Doesn't work... WTF...Then have to buy more expensive item. Time again and repair what happened with previous install . Install more expensive product first and be done . Double the cost of the job cause I tried to save a few bucks....And with brakes I would not even think about some patch job to make the lines fit. JMO. Good luck with the dealer... It was your fault even if it wasn't....

it wasnt cheap though it ran 55 bucks I ordered a stainless steel braided line with coating over it for 60 bucks. I just wanted to get my damn bike out this weekend and ride since it was so warm. I thought harley would know bikes but I guess they just sell them now.
