used Sportster store?
#11
I always prefer to buy from local merchants but they carry so little inventory you rarely can buy in a store what you can buy online. I go to a dealer and ask for something and they always say I can order it for you. I can order it for myself. The whole point of a store is to go in, pay and leave with what you wanted. Regretfully that rarely is possible anymore.
True, brick and mortar stores are dwindling, however whichever internet store your buying from is a brick and mortar to some degree.
If you created the right branding, internet sales with parts and accessories in stock and shipped the same day would be nice. I think Revzilla is a brick and mortar, local store, however they concentrate mainly on internet sales.
Just seems like with so many sportsters out there a with new buyers daily, there would be a nice market for dedicated Sportster related stuff.
Don't forget, on a local or even regional level, selling used Sportsters would make up a decent percentage of overall sales.
Someone give me some markets to think about besides Atlanta........
