After searching for evidence of the install results, I decided to buy the Daymaker Headlight and install for the sake of personal safety and testimonial proof for others to see first hand the results.

Please watch these before and after clips. I will say though, what a world of difference the headlight makes!

was it hard to install?

Yup Just plugs right in. But I would suggest having a buddy around just to make sure nothing gets dropped!

 

And how much was it?

Very impressive and a BIG difference.

 

Nice!! Now one more question... I know you said it made a big difference but Was it worth $400 though? Would you do it again or try to find a cheaper alternative?

 

The price is a little much for most. I however, simply don't care about the price of most things I want to buy for this bike. It may just mean I have to save a little longer.

Bottom line...

After I drove down Grossenbacher Rd last night which is known for being dark and a little twisty. I am thoroughly convinced that it was worth the money and time spent working for it. I would not find a cheaper alternative as you tend to get what you pay for.

 

im with sans on this one !! my HD led light is a world of change - and the videos he posted really dont show the light it gives - nor do my videos ..

was it worth the 400 bux - for me to be a lil more safe and noticed -- hell yes

Sans now u need to get the dynamic rings up front man !!
they also give off alot of light and just complete the look up front

I am sold.... looks like another thing to save for, very nice before and after shots, the videos are better than the still pics Ive seen on this.
