Default Painted exhaust

Picked up a can of some high heat flat black spray paint. removed the heat shields and mufflers, sanded the chrome off, and put 3 coats of the High heat paint on there. what do you guys think?

Looks good, similar to what I've done.

Did you use VHT?

I used Sparvar high temp 650 celsius or 1200F. I'm stationed over here in germany so i went out on the economy and bought some stuff. it was like 15 euro for the paint and sand paper.

It's a bit black! Just as well there are few bright screws to break it up. Otherwise looks great......

Bamberg is twinned with my home town here in the UK. We visited a couple of years ago.

I like it! If you're going to go black, that's the way to do it!

came out pretty good. I was thinking about doing this to my heat shields then buying a set of Black rush slip ons. I wonder if I could make them match.

That nice new look you got on your pipes won't last too long, you'll be redoing it over and over to keep that look. As long as you don't mind doing that it will work for you. Realistically you can't expect a spray can to give you a professional type finish.
