Default Who says looking good is easy?

Got the spacer on the rotor, spacers on axle, brake caliper on and spun the wheel. Spins nice, pull brake lever and stops nice, wheel is still not centered in between for tubes. brake side tire to fork....1 1/8 inch. Other side is 1 1/2 inch. But everything is all good spacing wise. Just not centered. So do I make a caliper spacer and new axle spacers?
Also last year when I got my wheels off the Craigslist I had the rear converted from 3/4 in bearings to 1 in. Needed new sleeve also. Sleeve did not fit into hub so the guy I had do it bored out the hub and installed everything! Yeah.......wrong! When I inserted the axle it git stuck. Bore not straight. Goes in one side all the way to other edge of bearing or goes in other side til it hits sleeve. Ef my life!

Shims are available for minor adjustment of rotor/caliper, but you are too far off for that. Sounds like you have a multitude of problems and it's hard to tell without pictures or being there with eyes on it.

I believe it was a soft tail not sure what year? Rear was a 3/4 in axle and front was as well. Been trying to find out by looking for the type of hub I have. Also if the difference is 3/8 I should only need a 3/16 spacer to center it correct? Thanks
