Question Nightster fork brace

I am in the process of buying a fork brace for my bike.... Harley state that their fork brace does not fit the Nightster. I am not using the fork boots, will the brace fit without them, is the diameter and center to center distance the same as on other Sportster forks??
I know that there is the Superbrace which makes a specific one for the Nightster but we are talking 100 bucks difference for this one compared to a SE knockoff...
Thanks for any input.

I love the looks of the RSD one, but there is no way it is as strong as the SB. I've put a SB on another bike I owned, and it was transformative.

It certainly did on my old KLR. I thought it had the worst front suspension I had ever had on a bike until I bought my Nightster I LOVE it though, just ready for some front suspension mods.
