thanks man, it's been quite the project just "fixing" what was done wrong, from wiring, to loose bolts on stuff he worked on himself, just little things you wouldn't even think about.

Sweet scoot, Bro! I have an 09 Nightster in Mirage Orange Pearl. I have a rear fender issue that I'm stuck on. The paint is chipping off the read fender (otherwise all tins are flawless) at the very back and underneath. There is no other damage. It's too large an area to even attempt a "touch-up". I think my only viable option is to either chop it (then be concerned about painting it), or purchase a new one. With the money I would have to put out for paint and labor to repair the fender, I might as well just purchase a brand new one, rest-assured it will match the rest of the bike.
So if I decide to purchase a new one, I'm thinking about possibly going with a street bob fender. Does anyone know if that will fit my bike? I can't stand walking up behind my baby and seeing that awful scar. Thanks, everyone!

Bike looks GREAT NLA!
We all hit up the LOSER MACHINE party Saturday with the Long Beach/San Pedro boys...it was rad!
Anyways, it looked like you ran into the same problem I'm dealing with pertaining to the ECM located right on the fender and getting in the way of throwing a simple solo seat on there.
If you had this same problem, what is the best way to get around it???
Thanks in advance!
