Default Shock ?

My fiancé is wanting to upgrade his shocks on his 2011 iron to air shocks from a road king. My question: we have saddle bag supports that attach at the shock mount and second hole in the frame (not the one back by the turn signals). If he changes the shocks, would the saddle bag supports still work?

Does he have shock cutout bags?

The air shocks are slightly larger around than the stock coilover shocks, you have to add two washers to the top mount to space them out a bit.
As long as you have a quarter inch or so space with your current setup you should be fine.
