Question about Slip on Mufflers
I am the proud owner of a 2011 883 Super Low. Currently it has the stock mufflers on it. I have been told that there are a few replacement slip ons that I can install that will give better "throaty" sound and that I wont have to have my bike retuned/re-mapped. Does any one have any suggestions about which ones would work. I am not a cheapskate but like most have a fairly tight budget hahahah.

I don't know much about these newer bikes, but you might as well get a good flowing air cleaner on it too.

If you can find a used set of Screamin Eagle II's they sound great and perform very well (not the same as the new style street legal Screamin Eagle Street Performance), if not, the Cycle Shack slip on's have a good reputation for a reasonable price.
As stated above if all you do is slip on's there is no need for a tuner, that can come later when your ready to do the air cleaner.

Congrats on your new to you Ride!
Here is a video on the lowest budget option-
Here is another option with the Cycle Shacks and Thunder Torque Inserts
Another, even deeper tone way to go is with the Rush slip-on combined with the Thunder Torques.
We have yet to see an exhaust system that did not sound deeper, And produce more power with the Thunder Torques installed.
You will not need to retune/remap if just changing the slip-ons, however, you will notice a nice performance increase with the use of the X14iED's.
Details HERE.
