I have a 77 Sportster that needs a carb rebuild. I'v been looking all over online for a rebuild kit but I'm not sure whitch one to buy. Mainly because I don't know what size my carb is. In my service manuel is says its a Keihin carb but not the size. Are they all pretty much general, meaning one rebuild kit covers many carborators or is there one spacifitly ment for my carb.

It's a Keihin 38mm, if it's stock, which it probably is. Everything is the same on the Keihin butterfly carbs, as far as rebuild kits, only the bore size is different, as in 38mm, 40mm, and maybe even a 44mm.
