Default National Cycle Gladiator windshield

I had been searching for a windshield for a while and picked this one up last week, in my search I did not find many reviews about this particular windshield so I though I would do one.

IMO the gladiator is a happy medium between a full bulky windshield and no windshield, which is exactly what I was looking for. Personally I think it looks pretty good, and it is fully adjustable. On the Sportster custom it is installed with two bolts, so easy on, easy off. It will be great during the winter and on longer highway rides, but I can take it off in the summer and when cruising around town.

After a couple of rides and adjustments, I have to say I'm pretty happy, it has been windy and cool here in TX, and I notice a huge difference when going into a headwind, and when I'm cruising at 60+MPH. It stops that constant push of hard wind on my face and chest. A full windshield would probably protect me more, but like I said I feel this a a happy medium.

So do you notice that the wind goes over your head or does it hit you smack in the face? Thanks, Maxx

It goes over my head, and the windshield still has some room to be moved up, It is fully adjustable for the height of the rider that's one of the reasons I chose it. but it being up so high because I'm short does allow some wind in from the bottom, and you get a nice wind in your hair feeling from it, but like I said before you do not have the wind pushing on your face and chest anymore when going into a headwind or when riding 65+. It is a very noticeable difference from riding without one.
