Default Had my first 60 mile ride with xied

i think the bike ran good. pulled my pluggs and they looked kind of wite. could any of you try to look at thies pics and tell what you think? did not manage to focus good on the spark plugs. sorry for that.

If its EFI, looking at the plugs won't tell you anything.

Why not? plugs will still show rich or lean by their color .air and fuel can be lean or rich with efi. in fact it is much leaner from the factory than it should be. the plugs in your picture actually look pretty good to me. a bit rich is much more acceptable than lean.

False stayement. Plug chop will always tell you no matter the induction method

i think i got back the power i lost with just haveing the slip on's on. i had one littel ride before winter set in with the se II, and then i felt i lost power. had to use more trottle just to take of.

on this first ride with the xied, i kind of took it easy. read someting on this forum to let the bike relearn.

only thing i notised was a little popping when reaceliration from high rpm in low gear. but then again that could be when i ran stock pipes as well. i just didnt hear it then.

IH, I have a Power Commander III on my 2007 1200 C, it is set 10% richer than stock and is what I consider perfect. Your plugs are exactly like mine.

my plan was to ride with this setup this season, then do the 1250 kit next winterbreak.

i will surely ask for recommendation then.
