Is it possible to have made, if they don't already exist, rocker box covers for an Evo Sporty that look like an old Ironhead?

 

You could, but it would be very expensive. There were a lot of internal changes in the rockers and the oil return passageways, geometry, etc. that would make it really challenging to do.
