'Been riding pretty much three to four times a week since December but between the blizzard we had here two weeks ago, the mid teen temps and my work schedule I hadn't riden since. This past Thursday I had an opportunity to ride so I took her out of the garage [unheated] and fired her up...well, it conks out after 5 seconds and I had a helluva time keeping it running...the engine looked like a paint can shaker and there were all sorts of pops farts and ricochets coming out both ends...dayam! After some time it smoothed out a bit and I reluctantly [read: cautiously] took her out for a spin. Although she was running, sumpthin' she no bueno.

Covering the bike with a breathable cover (bed sheet) and placing a 60 watt light-bulb under the bike/cover will help prevent the buildup of condensation on the bike and in the fuel.
As said above, keeping the fuel tank full when storing the bike also helps.

This year I just started putting premium non ethanol in all my small engines. As gas prices go up, the difference between regular and premium isn't that much.

I usually do. One reason I went back to Red Stabil, instead of Seafoam, was I couldn't tell if I had treated with Seafoam. And with 5-6 gas cans around I usually miss one. Gotta get more organized!
