New rider help.
I am new to riding and I am purchasing a new Sportster Forty-Eight tomorrow and was wondering if I should get anything I wan't customized at the dealership, before driving off the lot.
I want to get the V&H Big Radius 2in2 exhaust and a better air intake, and I am assuming my dealership will be able to install the modifications for me. I haven't purchased the bike yet, so would I be able to add the mods to my financing? Would that be the best thing to do?

Yes & yes, but it's going to cost you so best to (1) know the prices of these things (from bike to upgrades to labor) so you have figures in mind and (2) stand fast on a budget. Remember, the best way to learn your new ride is to "wrench on it" so if these additions don't work for now...you can always start saving for them later. Good luck!

If it was me, I'd take it stock and get everything later. I don't like how the dealership constricts you in terms of brands/choices. Take your time. There are sooo many aftermarket small guys around, many of them sponsors here on the forums. I can count the amount of non stock HD parts on my bike on one hand probably. Many guys here will tell you the same. Enjoy your new Harley Davidson.
