love the bike.

I am thinking of getting the RSD brass pegs and shifter. You like them?
Do you find without the little metal thing that sticks out from the stock pegs that you are scraping your nice brass pegs?
Thanks!

I love them, And i always get nice comments on them.
i just had them on over last year near the end of the season. so I didnt scrape them yet. But if it happens it happens... i just love the colors combo with the bike.

im guessing your talking about the shield before i wrapped the exhaust.
I painted the shield with a base of satin black high temp paint then sprayed a krylon gold finish gradient on top.

I think the bike is just about perfect except your Canadian rear fender. I think we have similar sense of style and taste. If Rough Crafts made a 2up seat for the 07-09 I would probably have it (I have something similar). I've also gone with a few Roland Sands bits on my bike including rider/passenger pegs, exhaust and gas cap. Thinking about doing the grips, speedometer relocation and some of their bars. It's all pretty expensive considering it's mostly cosmetic changes but as someone else said on here once, I drank the Roland Sands Kool-Aid and I like it.

Here's some shots of my bike:

cool bike man!
u have way more RSD parts than me
yea it does get pretty expensive but they look good.
me too the only thing that bothers me is my rear fender.
I have to keep it like that for now till i find something i really like.
