So guys Im lookin @ getting a 21" wheel for my 96 sporty and I was wondering if wide glide wheels would fit on my bike? I have laced wheels on there now and want a bigger laced front wheel now. So I found a few wide glides for a good price and was wondering if they would just fit without modifications. If there was something to make it fit what would it be?? Thanks guys!

 

The Sportster Customs come with a 21" wheel. Unless you're wanting to convert the front end to wide glide trees, you'll have to stick with a 21x2.15.

 

If you're looking for a cheap option, check ebay I picked up a brand new 21x2.15 for $200 buy it now shipped with a one year warranty. I think the sellers name was daveandlinda. its a good looking wheel all ready to bolt up with the option of dual disc's.
