Default Low profile pillion pad?

I've got the stock Harley smooth pillion pad on my bike ('91) with stock front saddle. Since it looks like a loaf of Wonder Bread on top of the fender, does anyone know of a lower profile pad?

The stock seat is OK I guess, and lowering the pad might make it look less like the pad was an embarassing afterthought. Just not sure I want to drop the coin for a Corbin or Mustang.

Any custom seat shops that might "shape it" to maybe resemble a Corbin gunfighter or just slim it down?

All the leather(vinyl?) is in perfect shape, always garaged for 22 years.

Are you expecting someone you know and love to ride on it?!

The lower the profile, the less time it takes for your *** to go numb.

It all depends on expected usage and journey length.

If your worried about aesthetics there are some good pads out there with a bit of substance to em' that you can bolt on and take off as and when needed.

Looks like it might stick on the fender? And serve dual purposes?

Of course, I don't want to offend the HA sporting red and white.

Reads like best for budget would be to re-shape the seat you have.

You could also search Phantom Pad...a suction cup pillion.

Yes, I was thinking of just trimming it down about 1-2 inches at most, maybe radius it an the back end. I thought there was a company that redid stock saddles with gel or memory foam.
