My buddy has an 05 sporty that he wants to make louder without spending a lot of money. Can he remove the baffles without making the engine run rough?Has anyone done this and how easy is it?

 

Lot's of people have. You might not need to rejet if he's still running the stock air intake and filter... just keep an eye out to make sure it doesn't run lean. If the filter hasbeen changed too, then he'll definately want to rejet.
