From what I am reading, the international models with the security option come with the immobilizer and the siren, but not the smart siren 2 which is needed for the pager to work. That is why I had to but the smart siren 2 for my Ultra. So to answer your question the 2012 Deluxe if it has the security option, will not have the smart siren 2.
