Default Air Cleaner Recommendation

I just picked up a '06 Sportster Low XL883L for my wife. Pipes and rejet are definately going to be done. As for the A/C, would you recommend the screaming eagle AC or just go with the K&N high-flow filter replacement? Or something else?

the new SE AC is essentially just like the K&N, and if you're getting the pipes and rejet, i would complete the deal and go with SE. plenty of air flow when you want it. good luck...

i can't say which cause i've only dealt with the se air cleaner with a k&n filter, cause that's what came on my bike. i like it, easy to take off and clean the filter, and doesn't look to crazy.

later,

wanna

Dealer parts guy told me the SE is not reusable like the K & N. I had issues with the materials the K & N is made of. Although they made good on it and refunded my money.

The SE filter is reusable but is is a dry filter not like the K&N oil you have to put on the K&N filter
