Default Need help with fairing headlight install

I bought a headlight fairing off of Ebay for my 09 Nightster and attempted to put it on but I ran into a couple hiccups. Here is the hardware that was included:

Now I believe most of this is to be used for the sportster and not for the Nightster...but that's just what I think based on what I've researched. I don't think it came with the hardware to attach the bracket to the fairing itself as pictured with the 2 pics below:

Now the only thing not pictured in the hardware is a black rubber type screw and from what I've seen it goes in the middle of the headlight top via that round circle that you can barely make out, but I'm not sure if it's the same for the nightster. From what I can tell I can't pop that circle out.

And finally when I use the stock screws that are holding the headlight on this is what I get as a final result..major gap...should i be using the longer ones it came with?

Any help is greatly appreciated with this. Thank you

The 2 spacers they provide will go in between the bracket and eyebrow to pull the fairing back further. Also that is why the holes are ovaled so that you can adjust it back and forth

Honestly if I was you I would ditch their janky hardware and buy all new. it looks like they didnt include all of it anyways.

I know this is an old thread, but did you sort it? I bought the same fairing, it's simple to fit and surprisingly good!
