Default O2 Sensor Advice Needed!

I have an 09 Nightster and while I was putting on the vance and hines SSs today, everything was going flawlessly until I took out the o2 sensors from my stock pipes. The threading is completely trashed and there's no way it will go in the new pipes....

What should I do now? Im not having very much luck finding o2 sensors that will fit my bike. Should I just go up to the dealership?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Are you saying that the threads on the sensors was damaged then you removed them from the stock header pipes? That would be unusual as the sensors are usually installed with anti-seize paste by the factory - and you should use that too when you install them in your new V&H!

If the thread on your sensors is damaged you'll probably have to get new sensors from your Harley dealer (or compatible narrow-band sensors). In fact, if you have a closed loop EFI system such as ThunderMax on your wish list now would be a good time as the system will come with broad-band O2 sensors.
