The Sportster is a chick bike because most guys aren't willing to spend the amount of money they spent on their own ride when their old lady says they want to ride. Since the Sporty is the cheapest in the line up and the smallest, they believe this is perfect for their old lady and their wallet.

Unfortunately, the Sporty is made for real men who can take a beating so most old ladies and geezer glide riders can't take it. They need the sofa on wheels.

At the end of the day, they sell the Sporty on craigslist or something and the old lady is in the back riding bitch again or if the hubby is whipped enough, he shells out the cash for a bigger, more comfortable bike.

You want to know how you spell true bitch bike? It's spelled S-O-F-T-A-I-L.

I've owned 2 Sportys and 1 big twin. I just picked up a 2012 Custom. Anyway, no one calls mine a girls bike........but then again I am 6'1" 340#. Mostly they call it a moped. lol But I love it and thats what counts.

We often spend money we don't have to impress people we shouldn't care about.

That doesn't make sense the way you wrote it, I'll be honest though, I saw the thread title, skipped to the end and wrote my comment. I've seen this topic too many times, I think alot of people are worried too much about what other people/riders think but Sporties are very cool little bikes.
