Not easily. Your bike has tapered roller wheel bearings with a 3/4" ID and the 2012 bike has 25mm ball bearings, so your axle won't fit. In addition, the bearing housings are different diameters, so your rotor(s) won't fit either. That doesn't take into account any difference in hub width.
Sportsters are built on a narrow glide configuration front end. grbrown gave you quite a bit of good info to take into account. I put a raked out wide glide front end on my 07 883l with a 21" front wheel. Your gonna have alot of work to do so don't think this is gonna be an easy bolt on.
