Barnett cables worth the extra money
Speaking about stiff clutches:
Are Barnett clutch cables worth the extra money?
Easier to pull?

I don't know about the pull but I have used the same cable on my shovel for over 20 years , never lubed and still works great.

Mine's 20 years too, hard as a rock! Thanks but I'm looking for the easiest to pull. Don't some have a Teflon or nylon rap or super lube? Which is the best in those terms, not just
still working ?

You can go with one of the lined cables (like teflon or whatever else they use). It's supposed to be more smooth and you never have to lube it.
The only thing about a cable that would make the clutch harder to pull would be if it has a lot of friction (typically from being unlubed).
