Post Anyone used a jack/stand like this?

Has anyone used this Jack/stand before? Or one similar. Don't want to break the bank, but want something that is decent as well.

Let me know please.

Thanks

Looks to me like you would spend a lot of time turning your ratchet to get the bike in the air. As with every tool, I am sure it has it's purpose. But it also takes up a lot of room to store it. If you are looking for something to do regular maintenance and cleaning, I would jut get a regular hydraulic motorcycle jack. A decent one is comparable in price to that one. Plus, it would be hard to lift the front wheel off the ground with the one you posted.

I have never used one but yeah it takes up alot of space I would recommend Craftsman pro aluminum motorcycle jack $160.00 on sale.
Needs no modification to work with the sporty. Works awesome and light weight.

I think its kind of funny that we put all this money in to making the bikes our own that doesn't increase the value at all. When it comes to some thing like a jack that you use to maintain the bike, becomes a what's the cheapest.
I see it as a tool I'm going to have for the rest of my life so I want good quality. So you can guess I never buy harbor freight junk.

Thats the place I am buying my lift from. The black widow lift is a nice unit. I love the drop out plate in the rear for doing work on the rear wheel/shocks/swingarm. They cant be beat for the price neither. My buddies dad has one and I have used it multiple times and have been sold on it since.

He's talking about a table lift.. I have the Harbor Freight table lift in my shop and use it every day. It lifts up full dressed Gold wings just fine. It is cheap enough in price to me that if it does fail in a few years, I can just go pick up a new one.

My 2cents worth....
If you have an air compressor, go with an air lift model. I've heard numerous people mention how their hydrolic lift, if not used often, will have seals go bad and then the lift is shot. Spend money on the right item once and your set for life...
