Default I'm pretty sure clutch is shot... is this what I need?

So I'm having all the symptoms of the rivets popping out of the clutch:

It's lugging when the bike is in first and the clutch is in.
Easier when the bike is cold, when the bike warms up shifting if very difficult.
Difficulty with it going into neutral, etc.

The clutch was adjusted not too long ago and it was fine until now.

So my question is, would this be what I need to fix it:
Barnett Kevlar Clutch Kit 302-30-10011 Barnett Kevlar Clutch Kit 302-30-10011

There are so many options and I'm having trouble finding out what I need and which kits would include things I don't need. Also, what is the difference between the kevlar and the carbon fiber? Aside from the material it is made of... obviously.

What are my other options? The SE clutch kit? Which one?

That just sounds like it needs adjusting. The clutch isn't lifting properly which is why it lugs when in gear and is difficult to change gear or get neutral. Before you go buying anything, adjust the clutch by the service book and see what happens. You may not have to spend any money at all!

Barnett clutch kits are great, if you find you have a real problem with yours. If adjusting it correctly doesn't cure it, dismantle the clutch and the operating mechanism, to confirm what the problem is.

It was adjusted (read: I adjusted it) about a month ago. Never had problems with it before. I have to have my bike to get to work Mon-Fri so I can't risk it breaking mid-week. Right now I'm thinking of ordering the part so I'll come in ASAP. Take everything apart and see if that's what it is. If it is replace part, if it isn't return part.

you will need a clutch tool also.
I went with the Energy One kit, and the Barnett tool. Very pleased.

While I don't know what else could make it fall out of adjustment as fast as you described, if it was me I'd open it up and adjust it again anyway just to be sure, since it's only a five minute job.

Yeah, did that. Changed the primary fluid too. Still pulling in 1st with the clutch in. Getting worse.

I agree with the guys ... sounds like adjustment vs. replacement. Are you leaving enough slack in the cable? MAKE SURE THE HADLEBARS ARE IN NORMAL RIDING POSITION WHEN ADJUSTING.

None of this is really answering my question. I'm not really wondering what is going wrong. I'm fully aware that the two most likely situations are adjustment or it's failing. I readjusted the clutch last night and it's still a problem. I'm going to readjust it again today. I just find it odd that of all the times I've done a clutch adjustment this time it's not working. I know that I'm able to take it apart and check but the bike is my daily driver so when I take it apart to check it I NEED the replacement part just in case it is broken so I can replace it with no down time. If it isn't broken I can return the part.

If it IS the clutch destroying itself. What are my options for replacement? I've seen the Energy one clutch kit around, also the
Barnett Extra Plate Clutch Kit Barnett Extra Plate Clutch Kit
, which SE kit is it? This one: http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/gma_product.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524448774156&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374309435143&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374309435143&locale=en_US&bmUID=1351856883097&bmLocale=en_US or is it this one http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/gma_product.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524448768358&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374309435143&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374309435143&locale=en_US&bmUID=1351856883144&bmLocale=en_US ? What's the difference between the kevlar and carbon fiber?
