Road King shocks and saddlebags

If you check this thread: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/sport...addlebags.html , someone asked a similar question. In one of the posts that I made, I attached a couple pics with a tape measure... you should be able get an idea from that...the RK shocks are larger in diameter than the stock shocks.

I don't have any idea on the bags or the fenders. This Sporty was built by some gal when it was new, 2001. She sold it 2 years ago to another gal, and recently her X sold it to me. It had only 6300 miles on it when I bought it this past August. Not too much is kown about it. I did find out the tank badges are from a 1955/56 KH, it has a FATBOB tank, Mustang seat, buckhorn bars, (that get changed this weekend to mini apes), forward controls and a bunch of chrome.
Here is another look at the rear fender when I had one of the bags off.
Those shocks are only 10.5 in. 412/4005's and are much too light weight for me. That is why I was inquiring about the RK shocks.

Hey there,
Nice looking ride, good color for chrome, the bags seem to be a bit off, bottom side is good but top seems,? short? I've seen standard HD bags on Sporties and it looks better (IMO only), a kit with 2 standard bags painted with the same color scheme would really work on that ride, sweet treat bud. Keep it up.
