How to remove this cover??

It's just a cover for the turn signal mount behind it. Keeps it free of dirt/road crap. You can safely remove it, most of us have never had one and I haven't heard of it being an issue.

Just wondering... Can't you take off the lense piece and tighten it from inside or is the top part loose?
