Saw a yellow pearl roadster today and it looked good. Real good in the sun with the pearl paint. I was surprised. My friend said it looked good but yellow is a girl bike color. I disagreed any comments.

 

I was all set to get my firstSportster in a color called "Chrome Yellow" when I saw it in the brochure, but when I saw it in person I didn't like it. The Yellow Pearl is kinda nice, but not really my style anymore. It's not really a girls bike color, but a color people tend to get when they're getting their first bike and want to be seen.
That's my .02 anyways.

Haven't seen the Yellow Pearl color, but yellow reminds me of the original yellow VW Bug.

 

my bike is pearl yellow... I know TWO MEN that have the same bike... in that same color....I am the only girl thatI know that has that color... I think that if you like it... who gives a darn who else likes it... do it. It really does look cool in the light... brings out these green and purple colors... It is really your call... if you like it... then do it.. stop worrying about what someone else is going to think.

First of all....it's a very safe macho thing for a man to but a BLACK harley. It take's someone that doesn't have to prove anything to the rest of the world to buy a "color". I know a guy that has a 2003 Screamin Eagle Anniversary Deuce with the 103 cu in engine. It is a beautiful Yellow bike...and it's a BAD MF.

I've seen the Yellow Pearl, I would consider buying one. I'm not incredibly fond on yellow, but I WOULD NOT let someone making the statement that it's a 'girl's bike" keep me from buying a bike I want. Are you buying the bike for yourself, or for all the people that are standing on the sidelines????
