Default Cables/Risers?

Just ordered a drag bar for my Nightster. Want to either shorten the cables or throw on some black risers to prevent slack in the brake/throttle/clutch lines. Just want a clean look.

Anyhow, HD has the Diamond Black cables in shorter lengths, but all together it would be around $350. They dont have any black risers either. So I figured I would ask for some recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

You can get black risers about anywhere. Have you disconnected your existing bars and swapped everything over to your new bars? Then move them to where you're comfortable. That will tell you what type of cable change and riser height you'll need.

Thanks, I have found plenty of riser options, just not many cable options. There are a ton of longer cable kits out there, not so much for shorter.

I had the buckhorns on this bike when I bought it and switched to drag bars. I didn't have to change any of the cables, just the front brake line. The cables have adjuster nuts on them to get the slack out of them.
