Default quietest exhaust

Usually the question is about loud pipes but what are the quietest pipes out there? If its stock, can you put quiet baffles in the stock exhaust to make it even more quiet?

More quiet than stock? You have to practically be in a silent chamber to hear the stock exhaust. If you don't want to hear any exhaust note I suggest driving a car.

If you do have a Harley, and want no sound at all when your riding.

Push a potato up your pipes. It works great ! you really should try it.

Actually in my opinion I think MoCo has started making them a little bit louder over the past few years.......I actually set off a car alarm with the stock pipes on my Road King the other day.
I put 14k on my 08 Fat Bob before I traded it in and the stock pipes definitely got louder with time .
They never did seem to get much louder at idle though.
If they had a bit more volume at idle I think more people would leave them stock.....they certainly sound better stock than any Jap bike does.

Put a slip-on muffler over your existing muffler. Double mufflers!
