Does the JM air cleaner cover fit on other a/c kits? Are the covers somewhat universal?

The reason I am asking is I am having a custom cover machined here at work for my bike, and I was curious if they would work on other kits?

Sending the cover out to powder coat. I think we found a formula to get a perfect match to the black denim finish.

Hoping someone would know if this cover will fit on other kits still.

Maybe try some custom gas caps next...

 

No one knows? I sure can make some cool custom parts for people...

 

If the air cleaner uses a 4 inch filter, it should work.

 

The joker machine cover is smaller than most of the other a/c's. Most other a/c's are 5 3/4" as is the smaller side of the K and N filter. You could put the smaller JM cover on those but it would not cover all of the filter obviously.

 

Thanks. I guess I will need to buy a 5 3/4 A/C kit and see if I can build one for those too.

Not a business venture quite yet, but it could be.

What's really cool is that we've figured out a powder coat formula that matches the black denim.

 

Or if someone wants to send me their 5 3/4 cover so I can 3d scan it, I'll make a custom one for them in return.
