As stated earlier, primary chain inspection cover. Every time the dealer touches my bike, it comes back seeping from the same cover. Has happened with multiple dealers.

I have taken to re-seating that gasket myself. Stand the bike upright (a friend helps, but a 2x4 should work too). Take that cover off, re-seat the gasket and then put the cover back on. Wipe her down and go for a ride.

No need to even stand the bike up,resting on the jiffy stand will be fine.No fluid will come out of the primary inspection hole when the cover is removed.
