Put in the Screamin Eagle A/C still getting blow by. Any suggestions what it might be? I'm thinking a leaky valve seal or something internal in the vavle train. Thanks
If you really have "bow by" that is Rings. What you probably are seeing is the crankcase ventilation residue, technically not blowby. Like mentioned, do not overfill the Oil tank. Half quart low when engine is hot is about right. I had that problem with my 883 'till I learned to keep the Oil "down" a half quart when engine is at operating temp. You will still see some residue but it shouldn't be a problem. Unless it really is Blowby. Just my .02
Well when i checked it yesterday it was the only time ive seen it at the halfway mark when warm. every other time when i check it warm it is at the full line. was there too much in the tank?
