Replacement foot pegs for 48 and 72?

I really like the Burley MX pegs but I like to stretch out and rest the back of my ankles on the pegs while I'm on the freeway.

None of the older forty eights came with normal foot pegs. I had a 2010 mirage orange 48 and the pegs are offset just like they are now.
