i know it sounds crazy but at 5' 7" 160 the nightster solo seat is great... even sits you closer to the controls to give you a more aggressive riding position

thank you all for your input! ended up getting a set of 13" RK air shocks off ebay. now someone said something about lowering blocks. any suggestions?

I'd start by upgrading the stock seat. I have yet to ride on a stock HD seat that was comfortable. Sick Saddles makes good Sportster seats at a great price.

If the shocks and seat don't work, try the rider backrest from Fast Eddy Sports. They actually do tailor make them to you.

Don't know if the RK shocks are going to be to your liking...might want to start saving for a set of Progressive shocks.
