Auto Tuned Sportster?

Auto Tuned Sportster?
I haven't read alot about using an AT in this section of the site. Wondering why that is, and whether investing in one a wise option? They are certainly pricey, but I am currently running Twisted Chopper Ground Pounders and a FuelPak and the bike ('09 Nightster 1200) is running hot with some flat spots in acceleration. The ThunderMax, PCV-AT and Cobra AT all intrigue me, and there are tons of pros and cons reviews, which is a bit overwhelming for the new Harley guy. I'm not looking to completely modify my motor, what I want is something I don't have to worry about running too hot and which accelerates as best as it can through the throttle, and do so reliably.
So, what advice would you give me? Thank you.

Cobra FI2000 powrpro works for me.. Phython 2 into1 exhaust and vance and hines Duke intake on a 2010 1200c.. This thing works . By the way I got this tunner after removing my Fuelpak and was tired of the dead spots and hesitation I was having . Fuelpak didnt work for my bike but cobra does . Plu no more decell popping . Just what works for me.....

I use the SEPST and started with the 1200 stage one map after my 1250 conversion. I then did multiple data runs adding up to several hours of data which I used with the Smarttune software to dial in my VE tables. Once the VE tables were dialed I richened up my AFR table and the bike runs great.
