Having found the likely source of your problem, check wheel alignment between the two wheels. You can do that with patience by sight, or with a length of string pulled tight, or a long straight-edge such as a piece of straight pipe or length of straight timber.

there is a small hole on either side of the swing arm. Its about 12" - 16" from the axle. You measure from that hole to the center of the axle to adjust/square your axle. You can make or buy a tool like in the pic to adjust it.

Make sure to check your belt tension while your doing the adjustment.

Rear wheel alignment is critical - as others have said, the distance from the center of the axle to the hole in each side of the swingarm MUST be the same.

Another possible culprit on your bike is that the swingarm pivot bushings/bearings are worn. Elevate the rear of the bike so that the tire is off the ground, while having someone watch the swingarm pivot, have someone else grab the back wheel and try to move it side-to-side. Any side-to-side play is not good.

(there's a spec in the manual for this runout, but, if you can see it move, you've most likely exceeded this spec).
