Default coil/ key relocation

wondering if i buy the kit of ebay to go along with my tank lift if i will need new plug wires? im trying to open up the area under the tank. also are they hard to install? thanks for the help.

Yes you will need plug wires since you are shortening up the distance. It is easy to install and the kit comes with the wires. That is if you are going with DK Customs kit.

Is the coil / ignition relocation done for cosmetics or is there another benefit?

Cosmetic mostly. DK kit is simple and affordable.

I priced out what I wanted the other day and it came to about 85-90. You need to check their site, eBay may be great for a deal but order from DK and get exactly what you want in a product/vendor that will be there if you have a problem.

Got my kit from home depot, lol. You can cut the plug wires down yourself and re-use all of the connectors. I just looked at the kits and found stuff that would do the same job. Either way you go it's a good look. Have fun!

I also made my own bracket and did not use a tank lift takes some time to tuck wires on both sides of the tank but well worth it!!
