Default Buying '98, any thoughts/advice

Hi all -
New to the forum, to everything just about. I just put down a deposit on a 1998 Sportster 1200- started out as an 883, had a kit done, aftermarket exhaust and intake, and is now a bobber.

I'd like to make sure I ask the right questions - will be paying it off over the next month (3K - would have haggled a couple hundred but appreciated him letting me pay it off). I've already asked him for the names of the kits and parts he used - and he said it does burn a little oil (to be expected, I think). A picture of it should be in my signature -

Looks good. How many miles are on the 1200 kit? It shouldn't be burning oil so soon.

Good question - I keep peppering him with questions, so I'm making a list. But ... I mis-typed, it's a 1988, not a '98.
What I know so far:
1200 kit
Vance and Hines Pipes
Screaming Eagle Air Breather
Lowering Struts
Lowrider Handle Bars
Chopped back fender
new 90/90/19 dunlop tires

what I'd like to change immediately - fatter front tire, different seat. I'm torn because I'd like the ability to carry a passenger, but that's not going to happen for a LONG while - so I think I'll stick with a solo seat; I could consider the Mustang that lets you add the second seat, but it looks kind of chunky online, and would like to go as low and minimal as possible. Then again, I want to be able to ride longer distances - as long as I can and keep a bobber.
I'm sure there are a billion other threads about seats, so I'll keep exploring.
