Default Whats this whrrrrr sound?

GF was doing some practice rounds in the parking lot on the 883L and I happen to catch this sound. When youre sitting on the bike its almost impossible to tell where its coming from, its a low frequency so acts kinda like a subwoofer. I know shes lugging it a little but it does it when Im riding it and not lugging it. Ive only noticed it on decel but in vid I notice its happening on accel also. The 2 loudest points are at 5 (decel) seconds and 14 (accel) seconds.

Any ideas?

I've heard dry bearings make that sound.
Tight Primary chains make it.
Warped rotors/dragging brake disks make it.

Hard to pin point on the video.....sorry.

If the bike isn't ridden for a while it could be rust on the brake rotors. i have had this happen. if it doesn't go away after a few stops then i'd say probably not the problem.

Id go with the front rotor ... that is the noise I mentioned when riding it.

Hmmm just looked at the vid about 5 more times Right after the 5 sec mark I see the brake light come on, at the same time the noise disappears.

Ok, I live on a pretty long hill dead end road. Coasted down the road with the engine off so I can hear better. Definitely not coming from the front, definitely not coming from the left side. My guess is a bearing, which sucks cause I just had them replaced (indy using harley bearings) or a belt. Either way I dont think its major enough and Im not going to mess with it till this winter when I plan on doing some major maintenance to it.
