I alternate between Doc Martens 8 hole lace up boots and my Chucks.
I prefer the Chucks for riding around town and the boots for longer trips.

Leather high-top Vans here. Though, I am looking into some form a Alpinestar boot to replace the sneakers.

I wear me some sandlot edition flyers. I also have 13" justin cowboy boots. The boots I have aren't cumbersome and fit the controls perfect. Those are basically what I wear, unless I take it to work, then I have to wear dress shows haha.

Good ole' Harness boots. Great leg protection from stuff, great traction, and I can hook my heels on the front and rear pegs which I like.
Tennis shoes in a wreck is bad ****.
Occasinally I wear some Addidas (look like CT) but the flat sole leaves me...flat.

Funny you say that Barncat.....I was just going to say I love my Shelltoes, and that's normally what I cruise around town in, but the soles are really flat, which doesn't allow your foot to cradle anywhere on the pegs. Probably not the safest thing to wear when riding, but they are comfy.

I am digging the Harley steel toe vans looking shoe!!!!
