You really don't want to mess much with the AFR tables. Harley's recommended method to set all the values in the AFR table to 13.9, tune with that and then return the AFR table to the original values. Mostly the VE tables are all that are changed on a dyno tune on the final configuration. Some guys will reduce the 14.6 values on the edge of the closed loop zone, but just enough to get it out of closed loop operation.
