I have just installed a J&M Audio handlebar mounted CB on my Sportster. I used the J&M antenna for the radio. I've taken the bike for ride on the highway and tried several times to get anyone to respond but no one did. I've adjusted the squelch as the instructions said to and having a hard time understanding anyone on the radio. Has anyone installed one of the J&M CB radios on a sportster that can give me an idea of what needs to be done to be able to hear others and to apparently to be heard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
